What is Boogie Bands??

A new, dance based, exercise class for adult learners. New to Topaz, Miss Amy has brought this exciting new exercise regime to add to her list of classes with us.

 

Each Boogie Bands session is a 30-minute resistance band workout suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. Described as 'Beyonce-like', the fabulous range of music keeps the energy pumping to dance, squat, and strengthen your glutes, hips, and core.

Stylistically hip hop, funky and simple; Boogie Bands is a dance inspired programme that will give you that buzz, activating and engaging your butt muscles, whilst strutting your disco moves and laughing all the way through a party like session.

You will quickly learn that activating and exercising your glutes properly is important so that you can strengthen them!
Strong glutes play a vital role in reducing chance of injury and having strong glute muscles can prevent serious injuries to knees, lower back, and hamstrings, all of which are essential to simple daily activities.
